III. Membership Responsibilities

2. Members are responsible for the security and management of their account and password. The member assumes full responsibility for all activities and consequences resulting from the use of their account (regardless of whether performed by the member or a third party).

3. In the event of a lost password or suspected unauthorized use by a third party, the member must notify the Company immediately. The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to a delay in notification that prevents timely protective measures.

4. Members should log out and close the browser window after each session to protect their rights.

5. If unauthorized use of a third party’s account leads to legal investigation or prosecution against the Company or said third party, the Company reserves the right to seek damages, including but not limited to legal fees, court costs, and loss of business reputation.

3. Members must promptly update their information (e.g., address, phone number) to ensure accuracy. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts containing incorrect or outdated information.

4. The Company will not disclose personal privacy data to third parties without consent, except as provided in our "Privacy Policy Statement."

5. All actions performed under a specific member ID and password will be deemed actions performed by that member.

6. Notification of suspected unauthorized use does not constitute an admission of liability or an obligation for compensation by the Company.

V. User Conduct

1. All user activities must comply with local and international laws. Users bear full responsibility for their actions.

2. Users agree not to use this service for illegal purposes and must comply with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and international internet practices.

3. 7. Risks associated with goods or services purchased through third-party sponsors or advertisers are borne by the user. 8. The Company shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

1. All disclaimers and user agreements constitute part of these terms. 2. All disputes arising from this service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Tainan District Court as the court of first instance.

2. If user conduct leads to government investigation or third-party lawsuits, the Company may seek compensation for all associated costs and loss of reputation.

XII. Termination of Membership

1. The Company may change services or terminate accounts at its discretion.

2. Members may terminate their membership by notifying the Company via email.

3. All membership benefits are forfeited upon the date of termination.

XIII. Price Match Guarantee Service

1. Purpose: To provide competitive market pricing and ensure our customers receive prices consistent with authorized retail channels in Taiwan.

2. Time Limits: Requests must be made prior to purchase. Once an order is confirmed, the price is final. Requests made more than 3 days after an order (including the day of purchase) will not be accepted.

3. Qualified Competitors: Competitors must be legally registered in Taiwan with physical stores or official e-commerce platforms capable of issuing official tax invoices. Exclusions: Third-party marketplaces (e.g., individual sellers on Shopee, FB groups, eBay), unauthorized parallel importers (grey market), liquidation sales, and obvious pricing errors.

4. Total Price Logic: Matching is based on the "Total Price" (Item Price + Shipping to customer address). Matches will not be executed if the competitor's total price is not lower than ours.

5. Product Consistency: Items must be brand new, in stock, and identical in brand, model, specification, color, and packaging.

6. No Stacking: This service cannot be combined with other coupons, reward points, gift-with-purchase offers, or promotions.

7. Wholesale Exclusion: This service applies to personal retail quantities only. For corporate or Bulk Purchaserequirements, please contact our Wholesale Department for specialized quotes.

8. Final Authority: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this service. We reserve the right to decline a match if the competitor's price is below our operating costs.
