Returns & Refunds
(1)All products are inspected by our employees more than two times before shipment. If there is still any damage or defects, it is most likely to cause problems during the delivery process.
Therefore, please check the outer box whether it is intact and without any signs of damage, leakage of liquid, or obvious aroma leakage before reopening the box. If you have one of the above situations, you must confirm the name of the delivery person then open the box or reject the returned item. Please immediately notify our sales at that time.
If the delivery room of the goods is damaged beyond the date of receipt and receipt of the goods, the replacement or return request will not be processed.
(2)If the product itself is defective, it is not within the above limits.
We will accept the processing within 30 days (too long time requires the source manufacturer to increase the processing variables, resulting from the domestic or foreign agents or traders may be replaced, ended the business, or the unpredictable situation such as natural disasters, so it’s better to both parties to save troubles as soon as possible)
(3)The 7-day appreciation period is not a probation period. After unpacking, the trading relationship is established; meanwhile, the product cannot be sold as a new one, therefore, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
After the buyer receives the product, be sure to check it carefully and unpack it before use.
(4)Defects or Wrong Items: If there is any inconsistency, liquid leakage or damage to the product, please inform the customer service within seven days, we will arrange the logistics staff to send the new product to you, and take back the replacement product. In this case, we will afford the shipment fee.
We are sorry if you exceed the return period, you will not be able to exchange it.
(5)Return during Appreciation Period: Under the condition that the outer packaging of the product is not unsealed, all enjoy a seven-day product appreciation period. *The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period.*
If there is a need to return the goods, the returned goods and invoices must be sent back by customers, with your code and account number. After we confirm that the goods are in good condition, we will deduct the transfer fee and 1.5 % transaction fees;
For free goods, you need to deduct the shipping cost of NTD100 sent by our company, and then transfer the balance to you.
(6)Replacement during the appreciation period: when you receive the purchased product, the shipping fee of NTD200 will be afforded by the consumer without the packaging film of the product being unsealed;
During the product appreciation period, you can request a replacement for other products, and the company can entrust logistics to return the goods for replacement. You can also send it back by yourself, and then send the goods you want to replace and charge NTD100 for shipping.
In addition, you can also notify the customer service staff to replace the product at our company on your own, saving the freight cost of the goods.
