Shipping Methods

• Taiwan Island: Delivered via Takkyubin, Hsinchu Logistics, or Kerry T-Cat. Shipping fees are calculated by dimensions/volume. Delivery takes approximately 1 working day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• International Wholesale Shipping: Available via FedEx / Chunghwa Post International EMS / Ocean Freight. For bulk wholesale orders, please contact our sales representatives directly for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. All products undergo at least two strict quality inspections by our staff before shipment. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the external packaging (ensuring no transit damage, no leakage, and no obvious leakage of fragrance) before opening the box. If any anomaly is found, please contact us immediately and do not open the product.
2. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period. Once the plastic wrap or seal of the product packaging is opened, the purchase agreement is deemed final, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Please ensure the product is correct before opening and using it.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items: Please notify customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement and collect the original item. All round-trip shipping costs will be covered by our company.
4. Returns within the Appreciation Period (Unopened Plastic Wrap): The returned item and invoice must be sent back at your own expense, along with your bank account details. Once the product is confirmed intact, a refund will be issued after deducting bank transfer fees and a 1.5% transaction processing fee. If the original order qualified for free shipping, our initial shipping cost of NT$100 will also be deducted from the refund.
5. Exchanges within the Appreciation Period (Unopened Plastic Wrap): A shipping fee of NT$200 is to be borne by the consumer. You may request our company to arrange round-trip logistics, or mail it back yourself for exchange. Alternatively, you can contact customer service to complete the exchange in person at our company to save on shipping costs.
6. Items with manufacturing defects are not restricted by the 7-day appreciation period; our company will handle and resolve such cases within 30 days.
