1. Purpose of Service
LUNG JYI (hereinafter "the Company") is committed to providing exceptional value and price transparency. Our Price Match Guarantee (the "Service") is designed to ensure that our customers receive prices consistent with those offered by authorized retail channels in the local market.
2. Eligibility & Time Limits
· Pre-Purchase Only: This Service is only available prior to the completion of a purchase.
· Retroactive Claims: Once an order is confirmed, the transaction price is deemed final. We do not accept price match requests or provide refunds for price differences for any order placed more than 3 days ago (including the day of purchase).
· Regional Restriction: This Service applies exclusively to prices offered by authorized retailers within Taiwan. We do not match prices from international sources, cross-border platforms, or duty-free shops.
3. Qualified Competitors & Total Price Definition
· Qualified Competitors: Competitors must be legally registered entities in Taiwan with physical stores or official e-commerce platforms capable of issuing official tax invoices.
· Exclusions: This Service excludes third-party marketplaces and peer-to-peer platforms (e.g., Shopee individual sellers, eBay, Amazon, Facebook groups), unauthorized parallel importers (grey market), liquidation sales, and employee discount platforms.
· Total Price Logic: Price matching is based on the "Total Price," which includes the item's listed price plus any shipping or delivery fees to the customer’s address. If the competitor’s total price (including shipping) is not lower than our listed price, a price match will not be executed.
4. Product Consistency Standards
· Identical Items: The product must be brand new, in stock, and available for immediate delivery. It must be identical in brand, model, specification, color, packaging, and warranty terms (including accessories).
· Verifiable Pricing: The price must be a publicly verifiable, current GST-inclusive price, and not the result of a private negotiation or a personalized quote.
5. Exclusions & Limitations
· No Stacking of Offers: This Service cannot be combined with other coupons, discount codes, reward points, gift-with-purchase offers, or any other promotional campaigns. The price match will only be applied to our original listed price.
· Commercial Quantities & Wholesale:
o This Service applies only to reasonable retail quantities for personal use. The Company reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased.
o For corporate procurement, industry sourcing, or Bulk Purchase requirements, please contact our Wholesale Department directly for a specialized quote.
· Operating Cost Floor: The Company reserves the right of final audit. If a competitor’s price is below our fundamental operating cost (including procurement, taxes, and logistics), the Company reserves the right to decline the price match or provide our best possible alternative price.
· Special Event Exclusions: This Service does not apply to anniversary sales, limited-time flash sales, clearance items, or competitor pricing errors (typographical or system errors).
6. Legal Statement
LUNG JYI CO., LTD. reserves the right to modify, terminate, or decline the execution of this Service for individual cases at its sole discretion without prior notice.
